ABOUT THE HOST

Deirdre Sartorelli is the host of The Repivot Project podcast.  

​

Her career started in technology with various positions in engineering, customer service and sales.  She's worked at NYNEX, Teleport, Cisco Systems and Verizon where she held positions of increasing span and responsibility.  A vice-president of sales at Verizon, her organization's focus was on developing business applications for new and rising technologies for their enterprise clients.

​

A life-long student, Deirdre holds a Masters and a Doctorate in Business Administration.  After leaving Verizon, she launched Rogue Wave Advisors, LLC which was a consultancy focused on small businesses.  She also began teaching graduate MBA courses and that led to a full-time position as the Executive Director and Assistant Dean of the (Colin and Erika) Angle Center for Entrepreneurship at Endicott College.

She's written a book on global entrepreneurship for the US State Department entitled "Startup Smart" and also was the author of an e-book for the International Business Innovation Association "Creating Place-Based Centers of Entrepreneurship".

​

After leaving her full-time work at Endicott but still continuing as adjunct faculty, she launched The Repivot Project podcast.  The podcast is focused on the art and science of change and features guests who have gone through personal or professional transformation or who have a practice that helps others do so.  

​

Deirdre is a frequent conference speaker and workshop facilitator.
